Retrofit Fire Alarm & Emergency Voice Communication System Upgrading:
In accordance with the Ontario Fire Department, this is required for Multi-unit Residential Occupancies. When our firm is hired to complete an installation, we also act as the Agent for the Property Owner/Manager in dealing with the Fire Department achieve full compliance with the legislated requirements. Our Engineers are also able to seal the Final Design Plan with a stamp to submit to the local authorities having jurisdiction, to secure the required Building Permits & Approvals.
